Registration for PCTEL and Westell training is separate, but if you sign up for both you’ll be able to complete Level 2, Westell Hands-On ERCES Product Certification (CS14, CS40, & CS45) and PCTEL Public Safety Tester certification in just 3 days.

You’ll learn how to use PCTEL’s Public Safety Testing Solution and SeeHawk® Central Workflow Automation Platform to efficiently plan, execute, and submit code-compliant grid-based coverage tests. You’ll also have the option for your company to be listed as a Certified Tester on our website upon successful completion.
How to Register
- Click on the registration link for the event you’d like to attend and fill out the form
- Please include number of trainees, how many PCTEL kits your team will bring, and information about any dietary restrictions
- A representative will follow up to complete your registration and ensure you have the proper equipment to complete the training
- Optional: Register for Westell BDA training here. You must select the correct dates/location, as Westell has one registration page for all ERCES Level 2 certification classes.

- PCTEL Public Safety Tester Certification Training only: $500
- Westell Training: $500 (separate registration)

What You’ll Need
- Up-to-date PCTEL public safety testing kit with P25 technology option and a laptop. One kit may be shared by two registered trainees. We may also have a limited number of test kits available to borrow at in-person training events. Please provide details about your equipment needs when filling out the registration form.
