PCTEL Announces CBRS, Wi-Fi Omnidirectional Antennas

BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 12, 2018-- PCTEL, Inc. (Nasdaq: PCTI), a leader in Performance Critical TELecom solutions, added several new fully sealed omnidirectional antennas to its wireless enterprise and small cell antenna offerings. New models include two new CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) antennas for spectrum sharing applications, and two new high gain Wi-Fi omnidirectional antennas for enterprise and industrial Wi-Fi networks.

PCTEL’s engineers worked closely with major small cell and enterprise Wi-Fi OEMs to develop the new antennas. All four models are IP67 rated for outdoor applications and deliver exceptional performance under harsh environmental conditions. The Wi-Fi antennas provide 9 dBi high gain performance with wideband coverage in all 2.4 GHz (MHO24007NMIP) or 5 GHz (MHO59009NMIP) bands. The CBRS antennas (BOA34006N series) are available with N Female or N Male termination options.
