PCTEL Appoints PricewaterhouseCoopers Veteran Cynthia Keith as Director

Half of Company’s Independent Directors Are Women

BLOOMINGDALE, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 15, 2018-- PCTEL, Inc. (Nasdaq:PCTI), a leader in Performance Critical TELecom solutions, announced today that its Board of Directors appointed Cynthia Keith as its newest Director. An experienced audit partner and 25-year veteran of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), Keith will serve on PCTEL’s Audit Committee. Prior to her retirement in 2014, Keith was PwC’s Operations Leader of the National Professional Services Group and Lead Engagement Partner for technology and communications clients. Keith joins Cindy Andreotti and Gina Haspilaire as the third woman on PCTEL’s Board, which is now comprised of six independent directors in addition to CEO David Neumann.

Keith has been a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since May of 1993. She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Texas at Dallas in 1988.

Keith’s appointment fills a vacancy left by Brian Jackman. Jackman retired after 16 years on the Board, including service as Chair of the Compensation Committee and Lead Independent Director.
