SeeHawk^® Monitor

Automated spectrum monitoring, interference location estimation, uplink testing, and radio metrics for critical communications

SeeHawk® Monitor is a single, automated system for ensuring reliable critical communications across public safety, private, and commercial networks. It monitors spectrum for noise and interference, reports key radio metrics such as frequency offset, automates in-building and outdoor uplink coverage testing, and simplifies commissioning of code-compliant in-building systems. In the field, SeeHawk Monitor can also supplement interference location estimation, monitor downlink 4G/5G performance and detect rogue cellular base stations.

The SeeHawk Monitor System

The SeeHawk® Monitor system is easy to install and is scalable to the needs of any network. Remote Test Units (RTUs) monitor spectrum and measure radio signals at each radio site. Portable RTUs can also be placed at critical coverage areas to help locate interference, monitor 4G/5G network performance and detect base stations. The SeeHawk Monitor Platform Manager remotely monitors and configures all RTUs in the system, and provides powerful tools for investigating issues.

The PCTEL SeeHawk® Monitor system is very useful for monitoring interference and for BDA system testing. It has already proven itself by assisting us in locating a bad BDA that was causing major interference to our radio system.
