PCTEL offers online training and certification in the use of PCTEL® public safety network testing solutions to accurately perform code compliant, grid-based in-building public safety radio performance.
The PCTEL® Certified Public Safety Tester training course includes video material, a test project using your PCTEL equipment, and a live web-based session with one of our trainers to review the work and answer questions.
Completing the course and passing an evaluation leads to certification for 2 years in the use of PCTEL solutions. Our certification is well received by jurisdictions across the country, and it includes the option to be listed as a PCTEL® Certified Public Safety Tester on our website.
In-person training may also be available for larger groups, subject to trainer availability.
